Mission Possible reentry graduation celebration with participants and families

Reentry & Justice Support

Coming home is the beginning. Rebuilding takes a path.

Serving justice-impacted adults throughout Santa Clara County through practical support, community partnership, and individualized reentry navigation.
The Reality of Reentry

One barrier can affect everything else.

A person may be ready to work but not have identification.

They may have identification but no transportation.

They may find employment but still need stable housing.

They may be rebuilding relationships with their children while navigating probation requirements, healthcare, recovery, and financial pressure.
